Behind each client, Crafton Tull Sparks has a network of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and surveyors located in seven cities. Owned 100 percent by employees, these shareholders elect a nine-member board each year. One founder, Gary Sparks, has a seat on the board. In addition, sons of the other two founders also serve. Together the board directs our offices and practices to serve our clients more effectively.
