Chuck Mitchell received a bachelor of science in civil engineering at the University of Arkansas and did postgraduate studies in civil engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in nine states and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Council of Engineering Companies, and other professional organizations including the Tulsa and Owasso Chambers of Commerce. He has 16 years experience in commercial/retail development and municipal projects. He is known for his emphasis on client relationships and service.
