Waco, TX-(June 5, 2007)-Baylor University broke ground on the $34 million Alwin O. and Dorothy Highers Athletics Complex and the Simpson Athletics and Academic Center. The SPARKS Sports project relocates all of football operations and the athletic department offices as well as a new academic center to the heart of the Baylor campus. For the first time in modern era, Baylor will have its football operations located on its campus.
