Lance has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Arkansas Tech University. He has over 11 years of professional experience. Lance is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Water Works Association.
