This brings the company&amp;rsquo;s total to 40 employees who are accredited in sustainable design. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Gregg has over 20 years experience in roadway, drainage, utilities and site design. He began his career after attending Arkansas Tech University. Since then, some of his most recent projects include the Lodge at Mount Magazine, Parkway Drive Intersection Improvements, Waterfall Square Commercial Park and numerous street, parking lot, and drainage improvement projects in the region.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;LEED, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the standard for design and construction of green buildings. The LEED accreditation test is administered by the U.S. Green Building Council. According to the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) website, Crafton Tull Sparks has more LEED accredited employees than any other architecture/engineering firm in Arkansas or Oklahoma. &amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Crafton Tull Sparks has over 300 employees with offices in Conway, AR, Little Rock, AR, Oklahoma City, OK, Rogers, AR, Russellville, AR, Tulsa, OK and Wichita, KS.
