Tulsa, OK - Tulsa architect Shane Hansen Fernandez, AIA, NCARB, LEED® AP, has been elected to the Crafton Tull Sparks board of directors. Shane serves as the Corporate Director of Architecture for the firm and is based in their Tulsa office.
He has a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a master’s degree in architecture and urban design from the University of Oklahoma. Shane has over 16 years experience in architectural practice. As Corporate Director of Architecture, he is responsible for establishing the strategic plan to grow architecture and provide the leadership to accomplish that plan.
Shane is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and is a licensed interior designer. He is on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Electrical Examiners for the City of Tulsa and the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Conference for Community and Justice. As a strong proponent of Tulsa, he is actively involved in the community as the immediate past Chairman of Tulsa’s Young Professionals, a member of the Young Contractors Forum, and a volunteer with Youth Leadership Tulsa, Youth Services of Tulsa, Tulsa Street School, the Tulsa Zoo, and Youth at Heart.
