Tulsa, OK--(October 26, 2007)--The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) annual Bronze Quill Awards dinner was held Thursday evening at Central Center in Centennial Park.

• Award of Merit for proposal design
• Award of Excellence for personnel announcements
