Former OSU Player to Manage Grand Prairie Air Hogs
Pete Incaviglia Joins Coaching Staff

Grand Prairie,TX-(October 26, 2007)-Former Oklahoma State University baseball player, Pete Incaviglia has been named Field Manager of the Grand Prairie AirHogs Professional Baseball Team.

"We are thrilled to name Pete Incaviglia as our inaugural manager," said Mark Schuster, AirHogs Managing General Partner. "Pete's Major League experience, his minor league coaching experience combined with his out-going personality makes him the ideal person to lead this expansion franchise for our organization."

Tulsa-based, SPARKS Sports, is providing architecture, engineering and interior design services for Grand Prairie's new baseball stadium opening in May 2008. "With the delivery of steel this past Monday, the project met a major milestone and remains on schedule, regardless of the recent rain events. This is attributed to the good working relationship we have with the City, developer and contractor," said Mike Hessert, Vice President of SPARKS Sports. "We are very excited about Pete's new position with the team."

After setting an NCAA record for home runs at OSU, Pete made his debut with the Texas Rangers in 1986 without having played in the minor league. His twelve year Major League playing career ended with the Houston Astros in 1998.
