He will serve as vice chairman of education and public relations for 2008-2009. Chuck has a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering from the University of Arkansas and 15 years of experience in the industry. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Commercial Real Estate Council, National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying, Oklahoma Municipal League and the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce.
