The new office is located in Northrock Business Park near K-96  and Rock Road in Wichita, Kansas. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Jason Mohler, P.E., was promoted to vice president over the Wichita office.  Previously, Mohler served as a Project Manager for SMC Consulting in Oklahoma  City and as a Sales Engineer for Contech Construction Products. With 10 years of  experience, Mohler has extensive civil and site development experience. He holds  a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He is  a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the National Society of  Professional Engineers. Mohler is the current president of the Wichita Council  of Engineering Societies (WCES).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Crafton, Tull, Sparks &amp;amp; Associates has 320 employees with nine office  located in Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas and Oklahoma. They have provided  architectural, engineering, interior design and surveying services across the  nation since 1963.
