Barrington Centre I & II - Rogers, AR
These two multi-story, class A office buildings are located just off I-540 in Rogers, Arkansas. The highly-visible location and state-of-the-art building security and energy management systems make Barrington Centre an area landmark. Both 68,000 square foot buildings are equipped with fiber optic communication capability. Crafton Tull Sparks provided architectural and civil engineering services for the project and is also providing ongoing design services for tenant finish-out on this $14 million project. An employee of Crafton Tull Sparks provided landscape design services for the centre prior to his employment with the firm. The landscape design on this business campus creates a park-like setting, complete with evergreens, lowland trees. perennials, ornamental grasses, benches, pathways and a unique water garden.
