First Bank of Owasso - Owasso, OK
Crafton Tull Sparks designed a new, five-story building to house the First Bank of Owasso. Built using stone, brick and glass curtainwall, the structure features a curved west wall that is anchored by a tower form on the north, and a drum-shaped lobby entry on the south. A landscaped water feature with a bronze ram sculpture highlights the plaza outside. The interior design of the building plays off the natural materials used on the exterior. The curved banking lobby features stone, wood, copper and decorative resin panels that incorporate real grasses and plant materials between the layers. The lower three floors of the building will be banking floors, with the upper two levels designed for tenant occupancy. The banking areas will be very open, full of light and oriented toward the customer, emphasizing the bank’s commitment to its customers and its role in the community.
