Westin Hotel - Rogers, AR
Crafton Tull Sparks was hired to provide full architecture, engineering, construction administration and landscaping design services for a new, seven-story Westin Hotel to serve the growing Northwest Arkansas community. The 265 unit hotel will have a restaurant and meeting spaces that will serve hotel guests and the general public. There will be a spa area and interior courtyards. The hotel will feature suites of rooms that will function as individual rooms or be combined for special groups. The exterior of the building will be designed with shades of green tinted glass, special stone accents and landscaping to relate the hotel to the Ozark Mountain region. When the hotel in completed in the fall of 2008, it will be one of the premier hotels in a rapidly expanding market of convention and tourism trade.
