The Owl Creek pre-K through 7th grade school is a 143,700 square foot structure that is divided to house two student bodies within the same building. The elementary and middle schools are located in separate areas of the facility and share administrative offices, a media center and a kitchen. Classrooms afford students access to cable television, a computer network and an intercom system. Additional cost-saving design measures include the use of natural light in all classrooms and motion detectors linked to the lighting system to help cut utility expenses while also providing security.
