Cherokee Expressway Industrial Park - Tulsa, OK
The Cherokee Industrial Park is a 360-acre site located long U.S. Highway 75, between 66th and 76th Street North in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This land was purchased by the City of Tulsa Chamber of Commerce for ready-to-develop industrial tracts for manufactures and other business needing land for their operations. Crafton Tull Sparks has played a key role in the development of this project, providing the professional engineering and land surveying services needed for development. Services provided by our firm include boundary and topographic surveys, street grading, paving, drainage design and utility extensions to serve the proposed developments. In addition, site grading, paving and drainage design has been provided for several of the facilities that have located in the Cherokee Industrial Park, which include, Bama Pie, Sabre, Nordam, MCI and Whirlpool Cooperation.
