Rogers Industrial Park - Rogers, AR
The Rogers Industrial Park is a 267-acre site located along US 62 in Rogers, Arkansas. Crafton Tull Sparks provided professional engineering, architecture, and land surveying services needed to prepare ready-to-develop industrial tracts. Regulatory floodway and floodplain considerations were a major concern on the project. Crafton Tull Sparks also performed a major drainage analysis and provided a stormwater management plan in consultation with the US Army Corps of Engineers to provide the necessary stormwater flow area and while maximizing the amount of land available for industrial development.
