Arkansas Tech University “O” Street - Russellville, AR
The “O” Street improvements were part of Arkansas Tech University’s goal of creating a more appealing and inviting entry into the campus. Brick-paver crosswalks, area lighting, and general landscaping were added to create a more pedestrian-friendly environment. “O” Street was also narrowed from 36 feet to 27 feet to reduce traffic speed, and a new underground storm system was installed.
