Reservoir Hills - Tulsa, OK
This project involved the design for street removal and replacement of two split-level streets in the Reservoir Hill Addition of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The streets Denver Place and Zion Avenue were built on the side of a hill with rock slopes separating the split lanes of the streets. The design involved use of precise concrete stacked retaining walls varying in height from 4 to 14 feet. Also, included in the design are new street profiles with a design speed of 30 MPH, a complete new drainage system with the relocation of a 30” waterline and the addition of 2,550 LF of a new 6” waterline, lane widening and driveway replacement. This split-level design is unique to this area of Tulsa.
