Shadow Valley - Rogers, AR
Shadow Valley is a master planned community spanning an area of over 600 acres. Crafton Tull Sparks performed all civil engineering and surveying services for the project, which included a complex drainage plan. The development has a series of connected detention ponds and drainage channels that control storm water runoff. Additionally, CLOMRS & LOMRS were secured for work along Osage Creek, including construction of a bridge by the City of Rogers.
