When Tres N Development, LLC purchased this 33-acre property, the goal was to develop a unique subdivision surrounded by natural elements. Crafton Tull Sparks was selected to provide planning, civil engineering and surveying services for the project. The result was Stone Mill -- a garden-home community accented by four ponds with waterfalls, walking trails and several pedestrian bridges. The subdivision also contains professional office space.
