The Grove - Rogers, AR
The Grove is a 130 acre, mixed-use planned unit development that incorporates a retail power center, professional offices, and single and multi-family housing options. Crafton Tull Sparks worked with the owners and City of Rogers to develop a Master Plan that would guide the development of the project and fit into the surrounding community. With the Master Plan as a guide, development continued by installing the infrastructure necessary to serve the property, which included boulevard streets and numerous water features.
