Perry Road Interchange - Rogers, AR
Crafton Tull Sparks performed a “break-in access” analysis, environmental assessment, and the design for a new interchange on I-540 at Perry Road in Rogers, Arkansas. Successful completion of this project required close coordination with FHWA and AHTD as well as several other organizations (City of Rogers, local businesses, landowners, and the regional planning commission). Crafton Tull Sparks also managed subconsultants for traffic analysis, environmental field investigation and analysis, aerial mapping, abstracting (title services), traffic signal design, and geotechnical engineering. This project required coordination with other consultants for projects west and east of Perry Road, as well as utility coordination with three fiber optic cable companies, the relocation of a 42“ sewer line crossing I-540, and a 404 permit for the relocation of a section of Blossom Way Creek.
