Terminella Office Building - Fayetteville, AR
This building was the first building to meet the requirements of Fayetteville’s new Downtown Master Plan and Street Plan. The project was divided into two phases: a new exterior and core, and a new second floor tenant finish-out. The building setback is arranged through a variance, so that the building will align with the new wider sidewalks of the boulevard that College Avenue will become in the future. The interiors of the building utilize a wall system that combines rich wall fabrics, brushed stainless steel reveals and woods. The wall system, floating ceilings and polished marble floors evoke a sophisticated corporate atmosphere.
